You can register through Three methods:

1. Apply at BISP Tehsil Office (NSER Survey)

• Visit your nearest BISP registration center.

• Complete the NSER survey for income assessment.
• Wait for verification via SMS from 8171 regarding your eligibility.

2. Apply via SMS (Direct Method)

• Send your CNIC number to Code 8171 via SMS.
• You will obtain a message informing you about your eligibility.
• If found eligible, you will be guided about how to collect your payment.

3. How to Check BISP 8171 Status Online (2025)?

Check your registration or payment status online:

• Visit the official 8171 web portal.
• Enter your valid CNIC number.
• Complete the captcha as shown.
• Click on Submit.
• Your eligibility status or payment update will be displayed.
