How to Report BISP Stipend Deductions – Step-by-Step Guide

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) supports millions of low-income families in Pakistan with financial help. But recently, some people have complained that they are not getting the full amount of their monthly payments. To fix this problem, BISP has made it easier for people to file a complaint and report such issues.

Who Can Report a Deduction?

If you are a BISP beneficiary and notice that your payment is less than what you were promised, you have the right to complain. You are not required to pay anyone to file a complaint. The process is free and simple.

How to File a Complaint?

Here are the four ways you can report any unfair deduction from your BISP payment:

1. Call the Helpline

Call the BISP helpline at 0800-26477. Keep your CNIC number with you when calling. A BISP agent will teach you via the process.

2. Submit a Complaint Online

Go to the official BISP website https://bisp.gov.pk. Click on the complaint section and fill out the online form. You will need to enter your CNIC and explain your issue briefly.

3. Visit a BISP Office

You can also go to the nearest BISP office and file a complaint in person. Bring your CNIC and any records that show how much cash you received.

4. Use the BISP Mobile App (if available in your area)

In some regions, BISP offers a mobile app to make it easier for users to submit complaints. Check if the app is available and use it to register your issue.

What Happens After You File a Complaint?

After you report the problem, BISP will review your case. If an agent or officer is found guilty of making illegal deductions, strict action will be taken. You may also get back the amount that was unfairly cut from your payment.

Important Advice

  • Don’t give money to any agent or middleman to collect your payment.
  • Always keep your payment slips or SMS as proof of what you received.
  • Report fraud immediately if someone demands extra money.
  • Trust only official BISP sources, like their website or helpline.
