How to Report BISP Stipend Deductions – Step-by-Step Guide

Here are the four ways you can report any unfair deduction from your BISP payment:
1. Call the Helpline
Call the BISP helpline at 0800-26477. Keep your CNIC number with you when calling. A BISP agent will teach you via the process.
2. Submit a Complaint Online
Go to the official BISP website https://bisp.gov.pk. Click on the complaint section and fill out the online form. You will need to enter your CNIC and explain your issue briefly.
3. Visit a BISP Office
You can also go to the nearest BISP office and file a complaint in person. Bring your CNIC and any records that show how much cash you received.
4. Use the BISP Mobile App (if available in your area)

What Happens After You File a Complaint?
